How do you structure your pricing?
Our service is an annual subscription that is calculated based on the number of full-time employees (FTEs) in your school or district. This annual fee provides full access to our complete course library and the compliance management system.

Not all of my employees are comfortable with computers or getting online. What can I do to help them?
SafeSchools Training is a very user-friendly program that is easy to navigate for even the most novice technology user. In addition, you can also use SafeSchools Training in a group setting, and then give credit in the system after the training to the employees who were in attendance.

If I start to take a course and then need to leave, do I have to start over when I log back in?
Absolutely not. You can start a course at school, leave in the middle, and log back on from home, and you'll be taken back to the spot in the course where you left off. Everything is bookmarked, so you don’t have to worry about losing your work.

We have safety policies that we’ve developed specifically for our district. Is there any way to get those materials into our SafeSchools Training system?
Yes! Our Policy Builder tool allows administrators to easily upload your district specific policies into your SafeSchools Training system. Once loaded, you can assign them to employees and track acceptance, right alongside your training.

What happens if we sign up, and then decide to end our subscription – will we be able to get our training data?
Of course. You own your training data and can export it at any time.

What happens if my employees have a question while they're taking the training? This is important for courses like Bloodborne Pathogens.
Every SafeSchools Training course can be assigned a district-specific instructor and coordinator. If an employee has a question while taking a course, they can click the instructor/coordinator button, which will provide them with the appropriate contact information.

Does your program create a certificate of completion?
Each course, upon completion, will generate a personalized certificate of completion for the user. This can be printed at any time by the user or by your SafeSchools Training administrator.

Can my teaching staff earn professional development credit?
Many of our customers are able to bundle our courses together and offer their teaching staff credit for professional development and/or continuing education. This is a win-win situation, and has proven to be a successful implementation strategy.
