Samantha Brown is an Environmental Engineer focusing on the development of programs and processes for effective storm water management. Samantha has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Samantha is a Certified Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Specialist (CMS4S) and has served on the Kentucky Stormwater Association's (KSA's) Board of Directors since 2010.
