Ms. Wilkens is an independent occupational health and safety consultant who founded her own consulting firm Wilkens Health and Safety Solutions in 2001. She has worked for the past 25 years in the health and safety field, having worked both in the private and public sectors. She previously held the position of Director of Environmental Health and Safety at Queen's University, as well as that of District Manager with the Ontario Ministry of Labour.
