William D. Goren has more than 25 years of experience dealing with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as an attorney. In particular, he provides consulting, counseling, representation, and training services involving compliance with the ADA, Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and related laws. He is also a trained mediator and a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitrator. He is the author of Understanding the ADA and numerous articles on the rights of persons with disabilities.
