The goal of this course is to provide school staff members with basic information about gang culture, ideology, and behavior. This knowledge will help you better understand gang activity and the role you play to build a safe school environment. Topics covered include gang facts, why young people join gangs, identifying gang members in school, and actions you can take to increase safety in your school.
