When someone suffers from stress and anxiety, they not only feel mental pain but also physical pain. Muscles tighten, blood pressure rises and heartbeats increase, which can interfere with teens' daily activities. In this module, we identify the physical symptoms of stress and anxiety so students can understand the toll these take on the body and seek help if they need it.
