Integrated pest management (IPM) isn’t just pest control, but a way to think and react to everyday actions that can either invite or discourage pests from entering your building.Among its many benefits, IPM can help reduce pesticide use, and establish a healthier learning environment for children. This course provides school faculty and staff members with the principles of an effective IPM program and the steps needed for proper implementation. Topics include: IPM basics, treatments and tenets, and roles and requirements.
